Our team at Her Game is led by two professional basketball players with a wealth of international experience, having competed in the US, UK, Germany, Australia, Italy, and Greece. Together, we bring a unique blend of expertise, combining professional coaching licenses, personal fitness training, and psychology. With a shared passion for inspiring the next generation, we aim to be role models for young female athletes, empowering them to pursue their basketball dreams with confidence and determination. Through our knowledge and experience, we are committed to fostering growth, building skills, and instilling a love for the game in every player we mentor.

My name is Marissa Pangalos
Hey there, I'm Marissa, and basketball has been my passion since I was a little kid. I've had the incredible opportunity to play professionally in five different countries, winning titles and proudly representing my country along the way. But you know what? My journey wasn't just about the wins and the accolades.
Throughout my career, I've been fueled by a desire to inspire the next generation of female athletes. I've seen firsthand the lack of opportunities and representation for young girls in the sport, and it's something that's always bothered me. That's why I started "Her Game."
"Her Game" is more than just a passion project for me—it's a mission. It's about empowering young girls and showing them that they belong on the court just as much as anyone else. I'm excited about "Her Game" because it's a chance to make a real difference in the lives of these girls, to give them the support and encouragement they need to pursue their dreams. My name is Elena Pilakouta
Hi everybody, I’m Elena, and I’ve been playing basketball since I can remember. I am more than grateful for this sport, it has given me everything I could ask and more. I had the chance to go to college in the United States for free, I met incredible people, and travelled to so many different places.
After all, how can I not want to give back to the sport?
Inspiring younger girls has been one of my goals the past couple of years. Seeing how much potential little girls have, makes me want to do everything on my part so it doesn’t go to waste.
“Her Game” is here to empower little girls, and show them that they are more than capable of achieving everything they put in their mind. I am very excited to see this project develop and impact the lives of young female basketball players. It’s time to make a change, and break gender stereotypes.
